My story begins in the Mexican Pacific, where different civilizations have converged. Through the trade routes comes the gastronomic crossbreeding and that is where my identity begins. I have the essence of the Asian markets, which are characterized by the freshness and quality of the products of the field and the sea. In that region, I discovered the art of delicacy, the perfect balance between sweet, salty and spicy; and in Latin America, the warmth of the people was reflected in vibrant dishes, full of color and passion.
